What is your Brand/Identity?
This is the question that took the participants to a journey of self awareness, discovery and as a form motivation towards self improvement. The lecture touched on the desired quality of brand that CoKF scholars should aspire to exhibit: Strong, Clear, Positive, Desirable and only recognised as the best. The scholars were urged to learn from their experiences, improve on their skills and even acquire new ones for the job market is very competitive and employers go for the best. ‘Attitude’ was also discussed as a central ingredient towards building a good brand. With our scholars coming from humble backgrounds Ken told them to literally ‘grab’ opportunities that would present themselves in their way. Lastly, knowledge, the world is fast becoming a global village and having a wide knowledge base is inevitable if one is to stand out.
